I'm only slightly jealous..I don't eat lunch, but I have company coming over tonight and I made homemade Rolo's and chocolate pumpkin pie, so I'll be able to eat off my run from earlier today! :)

With foot restraints. Foot restraints allow you to constantly work with the bike, you're not oly pushing down, you're pulling up. You can definitely feel it in your thighs.
